Application
CY-580 silane coupling agent has sulfhydryl-base function groups, and is specially effective when used as metal surface rust inhibitor. Processing metal surface such as gold, silver, copper etc. with it can enhance the surface corrosion resistance, oxidation resistence and to increase the adhesion with resins and other polymer.
In the rubber industry, CY-580 is usually used to process white carbon black, carbon black, glass fibers, mica, and other inorganic fillers. CY-580 can effectively improve the mechanical properties and wear-resistance of the rubber.
